Fly fishing event raises £12,000 for Help for Heroes

Fly fishing group has fundraiser for veterans

Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, healing those who served, has slated a fundraising event at Gregg County Historical Museum from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The art of fly tying will be demonstrated. Raffle items include two Temple Fork Outfitters fly rods with reels; 100 English flies from Billy Horn of South Shields, England, and an Orvis Hydros 905-4 tip flex.
